Non-US citizens register by July 29, 2011		 $2,300 or $2,000*

*Early payment discount: A discount of $300 per student is given when the registration payment is received in full at least 4 weeks before the start of class.

REGISTRATION FOR NON-U.S. CITIZENS

For non-U.S. citizens (including Lawful U.S. Permanent Residents) please submit the following information by email to Patricia Rael at par@lanl.gov:

Name and dates of the class you wish to enroll in
Your full name (first, middle, last/surname)
Your preferred title of address (Dr. Mr. Mrs. Ms. Miss)
Name of your employer
Full address of your employer (street address, city/state, country, and zip or postal code)
Your work telephone number
Your country of citizenship
Your passport number and the complete expiration date (month/day/year)
Your city and country of birth
Your date of birth (month/day/year)
The names of any other countries in which you hold citizenship
A copy of your resume or CV (attach as a PDF or MS Word file to the email)
Please indicate if you are a Lawful Permanent Resident of the U.S. (Green Card holder)

We must receive ALL the information requested above in order to begin processing your registration request.

REGISTRATION FOR U.S. CITIZENS
U.S. citizenship status will be verified upon arrival at the LANL Badge Office

Please submit the following information by email to Patricia Rael at par@lanl.gov:
