REGISTRATION GUIDANCE: Please read!

NON-U.S. CITIZENS PLEASE NOTE: We must receive all requested registration information by the deadline listed after the class title. Registration requests for non-U.S. citizens who are NOT citizens of or reside in a country listed in U.S. Regulation 10 CFR 810.8 are processed by the LANL Foreign Visits Office. This security approval processing is based on requirements issued from the U.S. Department of Energy and takes at least 60 days.

Registration requests for non-U.S. citizens who are citizens of or reside in or were born in any of the countries listed in U.S. Regulation 10 CFR 810.8 cannot be processed by LANL and will be submitted directly to the Department of Energy. We are unable to provide an estimate on the length of time required for processing those requests.

FOR A LIST OF 10 CFR 810.8 COUNTRIES, PLEASE GO TO:
10 CFR 810.8

Minimum Class Enrollment: The class information packet emailed to you when you register lists the minimum number of participants required in order for that class to be held. Registered class participants will receive an email no later than 4 weeks (the cut-off date) before the class start date to confirm that the class will be held as scheduled or to announce cancellation due to low enrollment.

Refunds: If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, participants may request a refund of any registration fees paid or may request that the fee be credited towards their attendance at a future class. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received after the cut-off date; however, any registration fees paid can be credited towards attendance at a future class.

Last-minute Registrations: Registrations received within two weeks prior to the start of a class may be accepted on a space available basis, depending on the citizenship of the person registering.
